He assists the mayor Zang Shengye in the Economic Restructuring Office of the People's Government of Shijiazhuang Municipality, vice-mayor Majing in the major projects, external affairs and Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion, which is in the charge of Development and Planning Committee of the People's Government, and vice-mayor Ma Yuwen in the village and township enterprises.

He serves as liaison with Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang of Shijiazhuang.
