My Duty

Zhang is responsible for individual and private economy, commodity circulation, grain, goods and materials, travel, industrial and commercial administration, etc.. He is in charge of Municipal Bureau of Commercial Affairs, Municipal Bureau of Grain, Municipal Administration for Industry & Commerce, Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Municipal Supply & Marketing Co-op, Municipal Material Guild, and Municipal Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

He also assists vice-mayor Ma Jing in finance, and vice-mayor Zhang Fawang in Municipal Township Enterprise Administration.

He serves as liaison with Municipal Communist Youth league of China group, and Municipal Federation of Industry & Commerce.
