My Duty

Zhang is responsible for the agriculture, water conservancy, forestry, township enterprises, aid-the-poor, agricultural development, landscape engineering of Shijiazhuang, civil affairs, and army's affairs etc.. She is in charge of Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, Municipal Bureau of Agricultural, Municipal Bureau of Water Resources, Municipal Bureau of Forestry, Municipal Bureau of Livestock Husbandry & Aquaculture, the Leading Office of Aid-the-poor, the Office of Agricultural Development and Municipal Meteorological Bureau. 

She also assists vice-mayor Zhang Fawang in Municipal Township Enterprise Administration. 

She serves as liaison with CPPCC of Shijiazhuang, Municipal Handicapped Federation, and Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party of Shijiazhuang.
